Our team can be deployed on a contract, contract-to-hire, or direct placement basis. It all depends on the needs of the customer, and the AAC consultant involved.

Who We Hire

AAC is focused on attracting and hiring the most talented IT professionals available. We look for years of experience in a particular discipline such as Project Management or Application Development combined with outstanding communication skills and a genuine desire to provide great customer service to our clients. Domain expertise is also preferred and frequently required to help our clients efficiently meet their goals.

The roles that we are almost always recruiting for include Project Managers, Business Analysts, and Developers (particularly in the .net environment. The industry expertise we frequently look for are Insurance, Financial Services, and Health Care.

AAC is a South Carolina Corporation dedicated to expanding the employment opportunities for IT professionals in South Carolina and putting the revenues generated back into our state for the greater good. Since our launch in 2003, AAC has created many high paying knowledge economy jobs with an economic impact on the Columbia region of over $55 million dollars.

Our preference is to hire local professionals first. However, AAC recruits nationally and will assist in the relocation process of new individuals to the Midlands.
